Billing Terms
These terms provides expectations between the buyer and seller so that there won't be any potential misunderstading nor disagreements because both parties clearly know what is expected and they are satisfied with the requirements.

To avail for the WePlanTask Website, payment is required at the same time.

Availing for the website cost Php 230 wherein a one month fee is already included.

If not ready for the whole payment, the client can pay Php 100 and will be completed to Php 230 once the website is acquired.

The website can be acquired online 3 to 5 days after availing.

The maintaining fee/ monthly fee after paying for the first month is Php 57 which is the 25% of Php 230.

If the client prefer advanced payment which include the cost of availing and the whole year fee, the total amount to be paid is Php 428 which is the 50% of the suppose total payment of Php 857 if monthly payment acquired.

If the members in the website planner will exceed on 70 people, there will be an additional payment for the maintining fee wherein it will be Php 69 which is the 30% of Php 230.

In accordance to term no. 7, if a whole year payment is preferred, the total fee will be Php 494 which is 50% off.

In accordance to term number 7, if that more than 70 members is just acquired after the availing fee, the month where the member/s is/are added will also be the starting month of paying Php 69.

​If the whole year payment is already acquired even before the addition of members (making it more than 70), there will be a starting monthly fee of Php 20.

Monthly fees required a settlement payment within the first 25 days of the month.

Acquiring for a whole year payment is only available together with the payment of the availing fee.

Payments will only be settled through GCash.

If in 3 consecutive months and the payment is still not met, there will be a violation fee of Php 200 for not more than 70 members and Php 250 for more than 70. The suppose payment for that 3 months is also included here.

Once availed, inactivation will not be considered not until a year of being active.

​In accordance to term no. 16, the client will be asked whether he/she still wants to continue the activation for a whole year and if yes, the payment will proceed without changes. But if it is a no, another fee will be charge that for not exceeding 70 members, it will be Php 250 and Php 300 for the one with more than 70.

If the suppose due date of payment in a month is not met the client will be given a chance to pay together with the payment for the next month.
